Hawk's Well was edited by Rothenberg and David Antin, and published several notable first books (by Diane Wakoski, Armand Schwerner, Rochelle Owens, and both authors represented here). A remarkably bright, clean, unopened copy, with the mimeo promotional sheet containing statements by both authors laid in. The tipped-in illustrations, typically detached, are secure.
