Poems — formal and casual, visual and political, with typically wide-ranging notes — from as early as the mid 1970s to as recent as 2025, by the prolific translator of Lusophone literature. Adaptations, homages, laments, and rants, invoking figures as disparate as Attila Joszef and Jonathan Williams, Charlie Parker and Cecco Angiolieri, Eugen Gomringer and Chatterton and Tom Pickard, with elegies for Sean Bonney and Joshua Clover. A romp.
