Rescue of Panicky Victim is a photocopied artist’s book, self-published by the author. The text, in reproduced block hand-lettering, includes excerpts ”quoted in actual form” from a 1976 Red Cross volume, Lifesaving: Rescue and Water Safety. The pamphlet is housed in a plain white envelope bearing the rubber-stamped address of the author, and addressed in ball-point pen simply to ”Sidney.”

A scarce publication by prolific artist, author, and curator Morgan; OCLC locates three copies, two in the United States (MoMA and Amherst).
