Declassified is an art-historical essay on the notion of a “declassification” of artists after post-modernism: “Whereas the modernist and Postmodernist artist has been more or less confined to the use of a style or trademark as a marketing device, it would now appear possible that the artist could become an agent of declassification.”
A scarce publication by prolific artist, author, and curator Morgan; OCLC locates two copies, one in the United States (at MoMA).
