Devised for an exhibition of work by 13 Hats, a collective of writers and artists that was active in Portland during the years 2011-13, and displayed at SOIL Gallery in Seattle. An initial image, based on the Mona Lisa, was created by Davis, and then altered and compounded in turn by Yeary and Abel, resulting in a dense and multilayered concoction.
